Industry -leading attorney and philanthropy professional Marina Nice will give us an understanding of the recent "fiscal cliff’ tax law changes and how they impact your donors. Fundraisers need to understand the implications of these changes and begin strategic conversations with donors.

She will highlight recent trends in philanthropy to help you better understand the climate of giving and give you five specific gift strategies that are easy to put into action that can work well in this new economic environment.

Planned giving should be a critical part of a well-rounded development program. Strategies and best practices will be shared that do not require a full-blown planned giving operation or department.
